For the second Clore Art Studio, artist Sarah Bridgland invites you to investigate sculpture using materials and ideas from her work.
Sarah collects, cuts and assembles paper to make artworks that sit somewhere between collage and sculpture. She places, leans and balances forms to move between two and three dimensions, creating visual conversations and playing around until it feels just right.
You will be able to create your own miniature sculptures, make drawings from your creations, play in an oversized collage and use a viewfinder to make connections with the Sculptural Forms exhibition next door.
The Clore Art Studio is open every day 10-5pm. On Studio Saturdays 2-4pm our artists pop in to support the play and add their own unique touches.
New. Open doors is a series of creative activities especially for children with autism and other social communication issues, their families and carers. 9.15am - 10.45am. 19 July, 16 August, and 20 September.
