Far Far Away: a summer of stories for families

Mother and daughter in a family workshop
Mother and daughter in a family workshop
Wednesday 3 August 2011
1.00pm - 3.00pm

Turn yourselves into a princess, knight or shepherd and set off on a magical journey.

Come and meet the characters in our paintings then follow the leaves upstairs where an enormous magical land awaits. Enter one of our three giant tents where you’ll find a different activity to help make your stories come alive.

Transform yourself into a character by making costume and props. Step into an enchanted shadowy forest and add to it with your creations. Make up your own story with the help of our giant magic flowers. Act our your stories and your film will be shown in the exhibition.
