Musical interactive stories for Playgroups,Libraries and Sure Start Children Centres
Using three paintings from our collection, story teller Miriam Moritz told musical, interactive stories within playgroups, Sure Start Children’s Centres and Libraries throughout the city.
The stories introduced Manchester Art Gallery with a focus on Greendrops and Moonsquirters – The Utterly Imaginative World of Lauren Child. Each community session was followed up with a visit to Manchester Art Gallery to see the exhibition. This was delivered in partnership with the Library Service’s Family Link Worker team.
