Offers at Manchester Art Gallery
The gallery is a stunning location to host any type of event all year round, but it is looking particularly beautiful at the moment. This is thanks to some fantastic floral installations by artist Raqib Shaw, outside and inside the building.
As you can see here, the gallery looks like an enchanted forest, giving you a ready-made theme for your event for free.
To stretch your budget even further, we have a range of spring offers:
4 canapes from our menu plus 2 glasses of sparkling wine per person £12+VAT (usual price £16.50+VAT)
3 item bowl food menu plus 2 glasses of wine or beer per person £18+VAT (usual price £24.80+VAT)
Dinner package: a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, three course dinner with coffee and half a bottle of wine at the table £39+VAT per person (usual price £48.60+VAT)
1 extra hour free after 10:00pm (usual price £295)
In-house AV free of charge (usual price £75+VAT)

Manchester Art Gallery is the city’s most popular art gallery, with outstanding art collections and superb, fully accessible, Victorian and contemporary settings for your event.
Whether you’re planning a small drinks reception in our award-winning galleries or a large Christmas party, the gallery offers a number of unique and special locations guaranteed to impress your guests. The gallery’s dedicated Events Team are always on hand to help you organise the details of your event, please contact us to find out more.
Choose from a range of stunning spaces for your event:

- The grand Victorian Entrance Hall
- The Pre-Raphaelite Galleries, housing the stars of the city’s art collection
- The Gallery Restaurant
Depending on which space you prefer, we can organise:
- Seated dinners (for up to 120 guests)
- Drinks Receptions (for 50-500 guests)
Exquisite canapés to satisfying lunches
The gallery has its own dedicated in-house catering team able to deliver a full range of options from exquisite canapés to satisfying lunches and delicious full dinner menus.

Parking
Discounted parking rates are available for all delegates and organisers of evening events at NCP Chorlton Street. Please ask your event manager for details.
