Become a Conservation Patron
We need to raise over £26,000 to buy a suction table for our conservation studios at Queen’s Park. This specialist piece of equipment will help us care for our collection, and will be used to repair over 200 works by February 2010 alone.
We are applying for grants to cover the main cost of the table but we still need to raise over £5,000. Every donation will make a difference, whether it’s £2 or £2,000. You can make an
online donation here.
The £200 appeal
We are looking for 25 people to become Conservation Patrons of this appeal, which would raise the £5,000 needed. For a donation of £200, you’ll get a rare chance to see behind the scenes at our conservation studios. Conservation Patrons will get a guided tour of our conservation studios and a chance to see our conservators at work.
To recognise your considerable support of the gallery, you will receive an invitation for you and a guest to attend our exclusive VIP Preview opening our Paul Morrison and
Leonardo da Vinci exhibitions, which will be held on 19 February 2009.
You will also get a thank you on our website. Plus, your name will appear in the March-June 2009 edition of
Inside, our events guide, which is seen by over 70,000 people.
You can become a Conservation Patron by downloading a
donation form and sending it by post.
