Manchester Art Gallery Trust is a charity that supports the good work of Manchester Art Gallery. Each year we must raise nearly half of our funding. We depend on the support of companies, individuals and grant making trusts and foundations to help us continue to care for, display and grow our exceptional collection of fine and decorative art.
Annually the gallery welcomes around 400,000 visitors, including nearly 52,000 families, young people and adults who participate in education and community projects. Our generous supporters help us to host 4 major temporary exhibitions per year, purchase new art works for the collection and enables us to refresh our renowned collection displays. With your support you can help us to inspire our current and future visitors and enable us to continue to provide access for everyone to appreciate the riches of the city’s art collection.
