Blue linen, embroidered and smocked. Rectangular section of double thickness over each shoulder; smock back and front each in one width, gathered to shoulder and to high neck, with rectangular collar section of double thickness each side; short opening at centre front and centre back neck fastening with bone button and buttonhole; side seams open at base; centre front and centre back to waist smocked in horizontal rows; pattern of circle and curved lines embroidered in feather stitch each side of smocked section at back and front, and on shoulders; stars and circles embroidered on collar; long sleeves in one section, smocked on shoulder and wrist; square gusset under arm; wrist fastening with two bone buttons and buttonholes.
