Two-piece suit in green-grey worsted wool, jacket lined brown with silk crepe

Jacket : single-breasted, fronts in 2 sections, with side panels let in with curved top-stitched seams, forming slight yoke effect; fastening to v-neck, with collar and revers, with 3 self-covered buttons; fitted at waist with twin darts either side towards side seam; double, false "pocket" flaps set in at angle at waist and falling over each hip; back cut with similar shaped panels to front; heavily-padded shoulders; long sleeves in two sections.

Slim-fitting skirt : Narrow waist yoke; front skirt cut in 2 panels, attached to yoke with curved, top-stitched seams forming decorative V shape; back cut in 2 panels, fitted with dart either side; petersham interior waistband fastening L side with 3 hooks and 3 press studs; unlined
