High, round neck with black lace collar. Bodice open to waist at front, fastening with buttons, hook and eye at neck. Open up LS seam, continuing into skirt and fastening with zip. Padded shoulders. Long sleeves with turn back cuff of black lace. Skirt decorated with four flounces. Horse-hair braid pleated into back waist to give bustle effect.
