Petticoat made of white cotton with a wide square neckline trimmed and scalloped with openwork embroidery; bodice front in one bias section, dart for bust each side; back of bodice in two sections, fastening with drawstring at neck and waist. Narrow shoulder sections and short sleeves in one bias section. Short sleeves in one bias section, full and gathered to shoulder and to band trimmed with scalloped openwork embroidery; skirt front in one straight section, back in one width closely gathered to waist, slit in seam each side just below waist; hem trimmed with openwork embroidery.
