Leaf, right side: paper printed with illustration depicting a couple in masquerade dress - man as Harlequin, woman in "Pompadour" dress, her train held by a page wearing a turban; her dress is mauve with red roses and green foliage; page wears yellow and orange; background of pale apricot.
Leaf, wrong side: printed in blue on pale blue; cornucopiae of flowers and garlands of ribbon surround the words "With compliments of the Ritz Hotel London" "Made in France" "Maquet Grav r"
Sticks: 9 wooden sticks with two wooden guards, all stained blue. Plain steel rivet.
