Canvas, over thin green leather and cream linen, embroidered with wool in tent stitch in rose, hyacinth and carnation sprays in pink, blue, yellow and pale green on darker green background; bound with green silk ribbon; square toes; front rising into tongue and sides continuing with tapering ends to tie across front, each pierced with hole; tie of green silk ribbon; sole raised for instep, painted and stamped band in orange and dark brown on each side of instep; inner sole of thin red leather.
