Description

Pink silk, figured with rows of red spots, trimmed with brown ribbon; bodice, lined with white linen, with closed front; pointed waistline; fronts each in one section extending to side back, with narrow boned flap with nine holes for lacing, each side of centre front; back in two narrow shaped sections, sharply pointed at waist; narrow sections over shoulders; wide vandyked collar, pointed at centre back, fastening with tape drawstring at centre front; elbow-length sleeves in one section, pleated onto shoulder, shaped at elbow; skirt in six widths, with falling front pleated onto linen tape band, tying behind; back and sides pleated onto bodice; hem faced with pink silk ribbon; collar bound brown silk ribbon, with ruched ribbon at neck; front neck and sleeve edges bound in grey-blue silk ribbon.
