Description

Mauve and white striped cotton dress; high round neck with narrow openwork trim; fronts each in one section, fastening at centre front with drawstring at neck, 4 self-covered buttons and buttonholes and drawstring at waistband; two triple rows of white braid each side of opening; bodice back in one section; five triple rows of braid down centre back,

Long sleeves in two sections, cuff fastening with button and buttonhole; one row of braid trim round sleeve just below armhole; two rows of braid on cuffs; neck and armholes piped with white cotton; skirt in two widths and one straight section, gathered to waistband; hem lined with white cotton, headed with two rows of braid.
