Art deco style off-white cotton crepe dress.
V-shaped neck with collar edged with blue cotton crepe, narrow bands of blue sewn beneath collar to tie at centre front; short sleeves cut with yoke, edged with blue. Lower skirt with gathered section at hip line; belt fastening with pearl button at each side front, and tying across back; hem of blue cotton crepe. Appliqué decoration above hem of stylised children's windmills in blue and off-white cotton, edges outlined in waved lines in blue, brown and orange mercerised cotton.
