Blouse of white cotton printed with pink stripes; high round neck with stiffened standing collar fastening with hooks and eyes, blouse fastening down centre front with small pearl buttons; pointed yoke at shoulders back, short double drawstring at centre back waist, ends tying centre front; long sleeves gathered at full shoulder tapering to narrow cuffs fastening with button.
Skirt in five sections flared towards back, shaped at waist with darts, narrow waistband fastening at centre back with hooks and eyes.
Used by a cook in the Earl of Lichfield's household at Shugbrough.
