Description

Purple twilled wool lined white figured cotton; straight waistband fastening with steel clasp at centre front, double drawstring at back; eight hoops cased in white tape printed with dark grey cone pattern stitched to outside; short pieces of this tape stitched diagonally at intervals between the two lowest hoops; gap at centre front above top hoop, 5 metal eyelet holes down each side of gap between two rows of printed tape; lower edge of waistband also trimmed with tape; hand sewn.
